I used more water in a spray mister and some elbow grease to make this one look old and worn. The book is a vampire story which begged for a red cover that would fit in with our other "Hogwarts library" books.

This is incredible - I have to ask, like a dummy - did you use paper t ocover these books? They do look incredible.
I'm very curious especially since I wanted to do lettering on my book covers like you've done with the Witch Book and the World Between (lighter lettering on a darker background). Would you be willing to elaborate on that?

yeah, I'm really curious too, what did you use to cover those books? It looks almost like leather, but if it's paper, what kind did you use? It would be awesome if you could write a little how you acheived that look. Strong work!

I had never even thought of that, but I've never been quite satisfied by the regular covers. You've done a really fantastic job though, I may just try it.

That is awsome, i LOVE how you made your book! It really looks like something taken from the Harry Potter world :)
